Orchestrated by Gilles Choukroun – Starred Chef – we offer you, from fresh products, a refined cuisine conceived and realized by his brigade, in the kitchens of our boats. Like all prestigious venues, the Blue Diamond and Daniel’s lend themselves flexibly to all event formats.
