How long is a reservation confirmed?
For any purchase by phone or internet, the booking confirmation is done immediately by sending an email following the confirmation of payment.
What methods of payment are accepted?
You can pay by credit card, check, holiday vouchers ANCV, E-Chèques Vacances, bank transfer or cash, if the reservation period allows (restaurants tickets are not allowed).
Can I be placed next to the windows?
The VIP location, at the edge of the bay window, is an extra charge of 13 € / person, payable at the time of booking.
Do you offer vegetarian / vegan menus aboard Le Diamant Bleu?
Yes, we offer a vegetarian menu called “vegan” (starter, main course and dessert) but also a Menu “all fish”, it is imperative to mention it at the time of booking. No menu changes can be made on site. All your specific requests must be sent to us by email email@example.com or +33 18.104.22.168.88. No later than 72 hours before the service.
What are the activities proposed during the Gourmet Cruise
Throughout the course, you will have the opportunity to contemplate the most beautiful Parisian monuments (2h30 cruise), including the glittering Eiffel Tower, accompanied by live singers from all French and international repertoires. For those who want to continue the party, back to the dock, the live DJ will make you dance on the dance floor until 00:30.
My reservation is to celebrate a birthday: what is planned?
One slice of birthday cake with sparkling will be offered to you in addition to the already planned dessert, just check the box “Birthday” at the time of the reservation.
Can I bring my decoration or my birthday cake?
We offer you the possibility to bring your personalized decoration – in as much as it is only dedicated to your table – as well as your own birthday cake, to deposit in the kitchen upon your arrival, accompanied by your name obligatorily.
Is it possible to propose a favorite piece of music during the cruise?
We are delighted to pass your favorite melodies to the extent of our abilities, provided that they respect the lounge style of the Gourmet Cruise.
Is it possible to have an aperitif on the terrace of the upper deck?
Yes, and it’s even recommended!
Can we dance on board the Gourmet Cruise?
The dance floor is open to diners during the meal and especially back to dock around 23:30 with live DJ animation.
Is the dance party open to the public outside?
Back at the dock at 23:30, the dance party is exclusively reserved for customers of the boat who participated in the cruise (except exceptional exception by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or 06.28.88.88.88).
What dress code to adopt?
There is no particular dress code on board Le Diamant Bleu.
How do good gifts voucher work?

Where is the boarding?

Is it possible to park nearby?
We recommend the Vinci Indigo car park located at 29 Quai d’Austerlitz, paying, near the boat.
Is it possible to smoke in the boat?
It is possible to smoke on the outside deck only (350m²). The deck terrace is accessible all evening.
Do you offer child rates?
The children’s menu is proposed at 35 € for children under 8 years old.
Do you have group prices?

What are the access conditions for people with reduced mobility?
The stairway from the dock includes 16 soft steps, our crew will help you downhill for manual wheelchairs. A ramp is installed only inside the boat. It is essential to inform us at least 24 hours before the service to welcome you in the best conditions.
Are pets allowed?
Our dear friends are welcome if they are installed in a bag or basket. Dogs on a leash are not accepted for safety reasons.
