The Rhône Valley, divided into the northern and southern Rhône Valley, is one of France’s most prestigious wine-growing regions. This region is home to numerous vineyards, each with its own distinct character, offering an incomparable range of aromas that pair perfectly with our all-you-can-eat brunch in Paris.
Our wine list particularly highlights the Côtes du Rhône appellation, with two exceptional vintages.
This red wine from the Côtes du Rhône AOC is a real invitation to a guided tasting. Made mainly from Grenache and Syrah grapes, this organic wine reveals aromas of red fruits and sweet spices that go perfectly with our meat workshop, especially the mixed rotisserie (chicken, lamb, beef skirt steak) served with baby potatoes.
Its balanced structure and silky tannins also make it an ideal accompaniment to our cheese buffet, where it will particularly enhance Camembert and Brie.
Originating in the northern part of the Rhône Valley, this iconic wine from the Crozes-Hermitage appellation is made primarily from the Syrah grape variety. It is distinguished by its notes of black fruit, pepper, and a slightly woody touch.
This exceptional wine pairs perfectly with our fish workshop., including whole fish of the day marinated in the oven and gravlax salmon. Its freshness and aromatic complexity also complement our pasta, prepared in their mill, perfectly.
Our Sunday brunch is a true celebration of flavors, where sweet and savory come together in a symphony of taste. The wines of the Rhône Valley, with their diversity and character, are the perfect accompaniment to this gourmet interlude.
Grenache blanc, the emblematic grape variety of Rhône white wines, with its freshness and citrus notes, is the ideal accompaniment to our salad buffet featuring tabbouleh, plum tomatoes with mozzarella balls and pesto sauce, and our sucrine lettuce salad.
The red wines of the Rhône Valley, such as our Côtes-du-Rhône AOP and Crozes-Hermitage, perfectly complement our meat and pasta dishes. Their tannic structure and rich aromas perfectly balance the flavors of grilled meats and fresh pasta prepared before your eyes by our talented chefs.
To accompany our dessert workshop featuring crêpes Suzette, chocolate mousse, seasonal tarts, and orange blossom fruit salad, we recommend discovering lesser-known but equally delicious sparkling wines, or indulging in a light and fruity Pinot Noir.
Our brunch on the Seine is not just a meal, it’s a guided tour of French flavors. Our chefs cook live before your eyes, using fresh, seasonal produce, while our team introduces you to the best local wines to accompany each bite.
This unique experience combines the pleasure of tasting with that of discovering Paris from the Seine.. Imagine enjoying a glass of Côtes du Rhône while admiring the illuminated Eiffel Tower, or tasting a Crozes-Hermitage opposite Notre-Dame—it promises to be an unforgettable moment that only The Blue Diamond can offer you.
