Provence wines at Le Diamant Bleu brunch

Every Sunday, the Diamant Bleu’s all-you-can-eat brunch in Paris offers much more than just a meal: it’s a true floating gastronomic experience where culinary artistry is perfectly paired with a refined selection of wines. Among the treasures on our menu, Provence wines occupy a special place, bringing their freshness and elegance to your culinary journey on the Seine.

Summary

An exceptional Provençal trio on the Diamant Bleu menu

Our wine list offers three carefully selected Provence rosés to accompany the varied flavors of our all-you-can-eat buffet:

vin bordelais
vin rouge brunch

Rosé Saint-Barthélémy IGP Latitude: Provençal authenticity

This rosé with Protected Geographical Indication perfectly embodies the Provençal terroir. Light and fruity, it offers notes of citrus and red berries that make it the ideal companion for your brunch. Its freshness and liveliness awaken the taste buds from the very first sip, preparing your palate for the culinary adventure that awaits you.

This wine pairs perfectly with our sushi workshop and particularly with cucumber, tzatziki, and smoked salmon, whose slight saltiness is balanced by the wine’s fruity notes. It also goes wonderfully with our open sandwich buffet, especially the lobster, tuna, and tomato collection.

Rosé Côtes de Provence AOP Minuty: elegance incarnate

A true ambassador for the Côte de Provence, this AOP rosé from Domaine Minuty represents the elegance and refinement of this prestigious appellation. Its pale color with salmon-colored highlights heralds a wine of great finesse.. On the nose, it reveals delicate aromas of peach and orange, while on the palate, its silky texture and chiseled freshness make it a wine of great harmony.

This rosé will enhance our Thai-style caramelized salmon skewers, creating a perfect pairing between the richness of the fish and the liveliness of the wine. It also pairs well with our artichoke carpaccio with parmesan shavings, whose slight bitterness is softened by the wine’s fruity notes.

Rosé Côte de Provence AOP Minuty Prestige: the height of finesse

The jewel in the crown of our wine list, this Prestige rosé represents the excellence of Château Minuty. Made from a rigorous selection of the estate’s best plots, this wine embodies the best of Provence’s wine-growing region. More complex and deeper than its counterparts, it offers a rich aromatic bouquet blending floral, citrus, and white fruit notes.

It’s full body and lingering finish make it the ideal partner for our most refined dishes, such as lamb shoulder confit with caramelized onions and olives. It also pairs beautifully with our AOP cheese buffet, perfectly balancing its richness.

Food and wine pairings to enhance your brunch

The Diamant Bleu’s Sunday brunch in Paris is a true celebration of flavors, where every bite can be enhanced by the right glass of wine. Our Provence rosés are particularly well suited to this exercise, thanks to their versatility and ability to pair with a wide variety of dishes.

From sweet to savory

One of the unique features of brunch is that it combines sweet and savory dishes in the same meal. Our Provence rosés rise to this challenge with flying colors, pairing equally well with our pastries and savory dishes.

Saint-Barthélémy, with its crisp freshness, pairs perfectly with our pastry buffet and eggs cooked to order. The Minuty enhances our salads and open-faced sandwiches, while Prestige is the ideal accompaniment to our more elaborate dishes, such as or pulled beef chuck.

Enjoying a glass of Provence rosé during your brunch on the Seineadds an extra dimension to your experience. Imagine sipping this peach-colored nectar while admiring the Eiffel Tower on the horizon… It’s a complete pleasure, combining wine tasting, refined cuisine, and sightseeing.
